We are delighted to offer this wonderful antique solid sterling silver cigarette case made in Birmingham 1913 with the marks of William Neale & Son Ltd 1913.Practicality, elegance and distinguished style combined in one, this cigarette case is the perfect accoutrement to any tobacco collection or collectors of enamelware. Particularly delightfully, the enamel remains perfect on this piece despite it being over 100 years old and has been kept in very good order. The exterior features the most vibrant and attractive light blue guilloche sunburst design which radiates and glistens under sunlight and the rear features a neatly engine-turned design to contrast the front. The interior is fully silver gilt which not only contrasts the silver colour but provides a layer of protection from the contents inside oxidising/tarnishing the silver. The push button clasp still functions very well with an audible 'snap' upon closure -  keeping all contents held within safely. 

Whislt originally designed for holding cigarettes, this case could also be used for short-form cigars, holding matches or small items. A perfect gift for the discerning lady or gentleman and a conversation starter piece. 

A set of clear English hallmarks is present on both inner panels of the case.
