Description and Details
We are delighted to offer this Edwardian solid silver kettle made by renowned maker Elkington & Co in Newhall Street, Birmingham.
The kettle "set" is comprised of the kettle, stand and a burner all made from solid silver. The overall build quality is superb with a thick gauge of silver and a sturdy handle at the top.
The exterior of the kettle features an array of ornate chased motifs from roses to scrolled acanthus leaves and foliage. An applied cast border is present around the circumference of the top that connects to the handles and the spout features further chased acanthus leaves.
