Description and Details
An Edwardian large table sized sterling silver snuff box made by silversmith Henry Matthews in Birmingham, 1915. A unique shape and size accompanied by an acanthus repousse exterior and a light silver gilded interior. The box has a smooth hinge and a tight shut as expected from most quality Birmingham silver products. The bottom is fully hallmarked with the Birmingham anchor, silver lion, maker's mark and the date mark "h" (1901).

Good Condition - Please bear in mind this item is antique and shows signs of cosmetic wear on the interior and bottom of the box. The box has 3 small holes on the top of the lid. Please refer to the photographs for further details.
