We are delighted to offer this splendid, solid silver bowl c.1880 during the Austro-Hungarian Empire.

Featuring an understated yet elegant form, this bowl is complimentary to many settings, whether it be as a display centrepiece or as a practical piece of silverware to serve your favourite treats. 

The bowl presents a mirror finish and unembellished surface, yet its design is far from elementary. It has been raised and sculpted in a wonderful flared shape, almost flower-like and reminiscent of a Tudor rose. 

The flared shape allows for a generous holding of fruit, sweets or even flowers as the raised foot presents the bowl with confidence.
