We are delighted to offer this quality Georgian silver-gilt snuff box made by Thomas Edwards in London, 1829. 
The box not only presents a magnificent fully gilt gold aesthetic but the overall size and proportions are larger than the usual pocket snuff box.
In contrast to its bold and opulent presence, the fine intricacies are equally impressive with excellent engine turning, tight hinges and an ornately hand-chased floral thumbpiece. 
The interior of the box is also fully gilt with a rich gold tone.
The box is fully marked with English hallmarks on the interior lid and base. 
Overall, this snuff box presents a very fine degree of finesse, style and craftsmanship with each embellishment and component being finished to the finest degree.

Condition
Excellent Condition - The snuff box is in excellent antique condition with no issues. Some very slight scratches are present on the interior as expected with age.
